3-5 months $100 short term fee, 6-8 months $75 short term fee, 9-11 months $50 short term fee. 12-14 month leases no fees

Are co-signers or guarantors allowed?
Yes. Co-signer or Guarantor must live in state and make 2.5 times the rent amount and pass the credit and background check as well.

Online, check, money order and auto pay by bank
